up-rooting & re-rooting
I am so grateful root vegetables are in-season right now.
I am humbly in the deep practice of ‘walking the walk’ while we re-root in our new home of Minnesota. The transition has been waves of joy, grief, curiosity, excitement, frustration, fear, and opportunity. Let it be known, Oregon will forever hold a piece of my heart. It is a truly special place and I consider myself privileged to have lived and worked in such a wonderful community the past three years.
And
It’s time for the next adventure, opening my heart and soul to Minnesota. My therapeutic offerings are expanding more into the consultant role and I’ve grown even more passionate in supporting parents—especially within neurodivergent families. I am reading the books and articles, listening to the podcasts. watching the documentaries, attending symposiums with other experts, and integrating my 8.5yrs of clinical experience to support the families I work with. My job is synthesize and apply the current best practice principles to each unique family dynamic.
In solidarity of intentional rooting—
